Prospect licensees contact the established. sales team about a potential partnership and a discussion is initiated on needs, scope, and fees.

 

2. MARKET ANALYSIS

The estblished. team ensures there are no conflicts with existing licensees based on product categories in the requested region.

3. LICENSEE QUALIFICATION

We will assess your business to ensure the partnership will be a good fit. This includes but is not limited to: business plans, sales metrics, product quality, product range and positioning.

4. CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS

Submit product-related artwork, quality documents, and specifications through our intuitive and easy-to-handle online approval platform. This makes us one of the fastest-reacting licensors worldwide. Together we ensure all materials comply with our guidelines and standards.

3. Sourcing / Production

Once all assets are approved, you can start production or final sourcing of the product labeled with our trademark.

4. Distribution / Sampling

You can start distributing the licensed product to customers. Depending on the category, you may need to store samples from the mass-production for an on-site quality check. 

5. Reporting

Regularly report sales volumes and quantities of products labeled with our trademark. This establishes the foundation for calculating the final license fee, linked to sales volume.

6. License Fee

The license fee typically consists of two elements: minimum fees paid quarterly or in advance, and actual fees calculated based on sales figures at the end of each reporting period, with adjustments as needed.
