Management Board

If there's anything you want to highlight or place emphasis on—please send it over. We’ll make sure it gets the right spotlight.

Examples of useful input:

  • Strategic initiatives
  • Corporate announcements
  • Acquisitions
  • Any topics to highlight to support ongoing investment activities subtly
  • Ideas for a “thought leadership ” content
BD / Key Account Team

Please share updates from your licensees and markets.

Especially for developing brands such as Victor, Victrola, Nordmende, Saba etc.  These brands need more coverage to shape a picture of a multi-brand licensor with a wide range of options.

Examples of useful input:

  • New Licensing agreements
  • Licensee onboarding or  visits
  • Company anniversaries

All of the above works best when we have photos of real people in action—meeting, shaking hands, having a coffee, talking at an event.

Whatever you can get, send it over—even if you think it’s not worth sharing.
Some of our best-performing posts came from photos that people thought were “not post-worthy” at all.

  • New Product launches
  • In-store placements (main or secondary)
  • Trade show participation (by licensees or us or combined efforts)
  • Any Out-of-home campaigns, events, or activations
  • Any Social Media highlights of our licensees
International Marketing Teams

What helps:

  • Any content that we pay an external company for could be potentially repurposed and utilized
  • Brand activation campaign successes (facts and figures are always working best, instead of marketing fluff)
  • Local market campaign launches
  • Key messaging / brand adaptation for brands and regions
  • Any internal initiatives you’ve rolled out with licensees
  • Feedback from market visits, learnings from joint activities
  • Brand owned Social Media wins
  • Licensee owned social media wins
Design Team

Your work is the bridge between vision and product. Showing it adds credibility to how we manage brands.

  • Final packaging examples from the market
  • New retail visuals
  • Before/after comparisons of brand revamps
  • Feedback from licensees on new design systems
  • Design walkthroughs or presentations you’ve prepared
  • Any new brand assets you produce

Quality Team

What could be useful:

  • Highlights of a licensee that consistently meets or exceeds quality benchmarks
  • Introduction of new testing protocols, certifications, or audit processes
  • Global product quality stats (aggregated) that reflect improvement or consistency
  • Joint quality improvement projects with licensees
  • Supplier or factory visit insights
  • A short spotlight on how the quality team supports licensees behind the scenes

Legal

What could be useful:

  • Short updates on relevant new international or regional IP regulations
  • Case examples (sanitized) where we helped protect our brand IP or solved compliance issues
  • Clear, simple advice on common brand/IP pitfalls in licensing
  • Upcoming regulatory topics that licensees should keep an eye on
  • A 2-line statement on how we support partners through legal complexity (or 2-line tips for licensing current or potential partners)
Accounting / Finance

Let´s show how structured we are and how fair and transparent our financial dealings are. This is important to build trust and position established.inc as top-notch licensor.

What could be useful:

  • News and general information about the reporting process
  • Milestone moments, such as “1000+ royalty reports processed last year”
  • Guidance: “Top 3 things to avoid when submitting financial reports” (very short format)
  • Statement of commitment to financial clarity and fairness

Send us everything.
If you can, include the basics: Who, What, Where, When, Why.

Trends you're seeing. Feedback from licensees. What’s happening in your category.

It doesn’t need to be polished—or even interesting to you.

The sum of all the small pieces is what sharpens the picture—like a puzzle—of established.inc as a leading licensing company.

That builds value. And it shortens deal cycles.

If you're not sure—send it anyway. We’ll take it from there.

Thanks for pushing this forward.

Best,
Norman
